could be wrong as the listing is a bit vague but that looks like a bulb kit....you will still need HID ballasts and wiring harness

HID bulbs need around 23000v to ignite the gas which is what the ballast produces.

And, if you actually want it to be effective in fog then I suspect that a 4600 bulb temp would be better.

was thinking that myself.
12000k will be almost mid blue.

the higher the k number, the bluer the light....blue wont be any good in fog, you need a cream/yellower tint

Here is a photo of how 6000k looks from the front, its more diamond white, no hint of yellow. From cold 6000k may start from a hint of sky blue/white and within a few seconds after warm up its diamond white seen from the front of the vehicle. Your stock hid headlights, 4300k has a tiny amount of yellow. Avoid 8000k or above.

Got email back from seller saying they wont do for mine ...confused.com anyone care to post a link to what I need to "whiten" the fogs? thanks
