As most of you know I have been waiting on Corsa since January to come out with their exhaust. I finally got the guy to admit that they put it on the backburner for the time being. Which infuriated me since they have waisted enough of our time.
Tomorrow I am having the full Zoomers exhaust system put on my car tomorrow to test the performance, sound, and mostly the drone issue. Their marquee claim is that there is absolutely no drone whatsoever. They even put it on their website. I will be road tripping to PS this weekend to test with the wife in the car so I will know pretty quick if it has interior resonance. By both the exhaust system AND my wife!!
Only HP test I can do is what I will feel in the seat.
Upon my return, I will post my review as well as video and audio clips for you all to check out for yourselves to make up your own minds. If I decide I dont like it, I will go back to stock until Corsa comes out with something.

i am very curious to see it and hear it also. i have been debating on what mods to do and this seems like one i want to do but have seen so many minxed reviews about whats out there already. so hearing about a 3rd product will be nice. blaze that trail man. do it for the good of the forum :You_Rock_

Okay, I was just about ready to give up on Corsa and go for the Borla, then read this. Now that I have the Volant installed I'm ready for the next step. Zoomers is not a name that is familiar to me, but their info sounds convincing and the reviews at LXforums are excellent

Give me to about 1-2pm pacific time. I'm doing a couple more road tests this morning on the exhaust before I air the results. I only showed a couple members who are familiar with other exhaust systems that I know might be able to catch something in the audio/video I tok in case I missed it.

RESULTS ON ZOOMERS EXHAUST SYSTEM are in!!

Boy was I nervous about this. Taking a chance on a company I have never heard of. Well, I'm humbled by my own skeptisism. You can make your own decisions on the video/sound clips.
I did every test I could on the Zoomers exhaust system. Idle, wide open throttle esp on, wide open throttle ESP off, freeway driving, the shift into MDS mode from inside the cabin, and local driving. I have taken a video camera with external microphone to document everything. Real simple, these guys at Zoomers have seriously found their niche in the automotive market. I honestly tried to find it somewhere but there is absolutely ZERO DRONE. They were right in their claim to fame. Especially quiet cruising between the critical 1500 - 2500 RPM's area..
The sound is exactly what I wanted. Low growl.. "more Porshe and less Dukes of Hazzard" as II Kings said.
I immediatly noticed a difference in Horsepower. See video clip WOT with ESP off. wow :hail:

Where it had almost 10,000 hits. Read what others have said as well.

I am absolutely thrilled with the product, the company, and the install.
aperformance from Zoomers is in the process of becoming a Forum vendor. Once that happens, I will help organize a group buy which needs 10 people. There has already been one purchase and they even said we could start with mine. Before I introduce the price (which is very reasonable) I will wait until I get the go ahead from the site administrators....castrol or ekool.
Meanwhile here is the start of the interest list. This doesn’t mean you are committed to buy, just a list that you either want it for sure or are interested in the group buy after they become supporting vendors.

Thanks, Kid for the advance peek. Zoomers really know their stuff. I can only compare to the SRT-8 which is nice. This sounds even better. Here's what I want in an exhaust:

• Low V8 "burble" on idle at the pipes.
• Deep Mean V8 Growl on WOT.
• Quiet when cruising.
• No drone or other sounds.
• Quality durable construction.
• Nice, polished look.

From what you've described and your excellent vid clips, it appears Zoomers deliver. I too was sckeptical. I would be interested in a GB.

kid, I emailed the video/audio to hubbeee first thing this morning and he replied simply, "cool, I LIKE it".
I too give up on Corsa, but hubbeee was trying to push meee toward Magnaflow - I was ready to pay for it myself in order to override him and go with Borla :27: shhh... Since he gave it the nod, if I go with Zoomer's, heee pay$!! :nana:

Unfortunately, now that we can't edit our own posts anymore, your list isn't going to work... but add meee as a definite possibility for this one!!
I absolutely want to see/hear it first- can we do that at the meet?? If you are nearing 10 orders before that time, I can arrange to meet you somewhere. Keep meee posted....

Outstanding Kid, I think I am going for one of these if the price point is good. I emailed the company and it is T304 stainless and carries a lifetime warranty. From what I can gather, it is not a bolt on like Borla but rather has to be welded up.
