Hi everybody!

Bushings on both of my front lower control arms are ripped to pieces. Both arms have shifted sideways towards the front of the car and are now rubbing against the engine cradle.

I need them replaced asap. I'll be doing it myself and I'm currently looking for replacement parts. Prices vary greatly from place to place. I've been quoted £35, £65 and £100 per arm.
While I'd never get these for £35 I do think £100 is a bit too expensive, don't you?
Do you think £65 would be a good price to pay? It says it meets OEM specifications.

I've read guides on how to replace them so I should be ready to give it a go.
Any tips or suggestions? Would any of you happen to know what's the size of the head of the bolt securing an arm to the engine cradle? I know the nut is 21 mm.

Great forum. I've been reading it for a long time. That's my first post.

Thanks!

I'm after quality parts like Blue Print.
Don't really want cheap(ish) Chinese/Taiwanese replacements.

Is there a way to find out what they are? Could I email/phone somebody?

Thanks!

Does anyone have instructions of removing/replacing the Front lower control arms? I haven't been able to find a video or any other form of instructions on this site or others (youtube).
