Troy here...Freelance Designer from Mysterious Designs looking to guage the interest in a new styling kit for the 300C and looking for feedback on our first design for a customer of ours!

If enough interest is in the Market for the 300C then the kit will be produced through Diverse Motorsports of Arizona..."Admin will be contacted if enough interest allows production"...all i need at this time is interest and feedback on the Design!

Thanks,

Troy

Like the hood scoop thing.

Don't like the lens covers.

Like the shape, but not the size of the lower air dam cutouts...

Good start though and I'm anxious to see what ideas come of this! Photochoppers unite!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

Dude,

Normally I HAAAAAATE kits, but this one is downright sexy.

The subtle hood scoops that don't distract from the overall original design are just incredible.

You've got my attention.....and this comes from someone who doesn't like body kits typically and has good taste in automotive design. (I guess you'll have to take my word for it :D )

I guess that I have to recite what has already been said. I like the hood scoop, but the lower air intakes could be a bit more subtle. Not too wild about the headlight covers either, but they may be growing on me.

Definitely on the right track... here's my suggestions:

1) Lose the headlight covers
2) Move the double hood scoop farther back on the hood and narrow them slightly in width, creating more separation and maintaining the center rib
3) Change the shape on the air dams to complement the angles of the front bumper sections below the headlights; currently the angles are at odds with one another
4) Make the front fascia flush across the bottom line (center section to come down as far as the sides)

Hope there's a bonus in it for our forum's contributions to the evolution of your kit! (read: group buy) ;)

I have to agree about the headlight covers but I love everything else, including the lower fascia. I'm sure it won't look so dark in real life due to it being a photoshop.

As for the Grill, I think the 2" deep dish grill would compliment it nice. :D

thanks for the feedback on everything...i will take everyone's feedback into consideration and mod some parts that seem to be the concern areas for some to see how it comes out!

I will also get the back up asap as well!

And as for the group buy i will chat with Diverse on pricing in a couple of days to find out what i could get all of you for a price when all is said and done!

Normally I'm not a big fan of stuff like this, but you guys might be on to something here......DEFINATLY loose the headlight covers. However, you might want to consider replacing them with the 'bently' type headlight covers (like Tanahara designs and VIP have) and perhaps having them as an option for people who buy the kit. The hood scoop could sit back a little more, but i dont have any complaints with the air dams except try and put the fogs back in. In terms of pricing how much are we looking at? I assume in the $1000, $1500 price range, but hopefully cheaper since it is not a 'full body kit' with side skirts and rear bumper. Also will these come painted? Im looking forward to seeing how this project progresses.

It will come as a full kit with a option of a hood and rear wing by the time i am done...I haven't got a quote on pricing yet as to i haven't fully finished the entire kits design...as soon as i finish the rest of the design i will propose it to them and get pricing and donor car info as well "In case our donor backs out"

I will definatly keep in touch with everyone on updates and whatnot!

Thanks

Troy
