This is huge for me, I hardly run into anything worth getting excited about,
First was a Porsche Cayman, Black with black rims, on the highway I cruised past him in the fast lane he rode a little behind for a minute then I think he noticed the SRT8 emblem on the rear, I was going about 75mph when I heard him hit it, His rear bumper was at my door when I hit it so he got a pretty good jump, It took mere seconds to reel him in and spit him out, had him by six cars easy by 135, I thought those were made for the Autobahn! Point one SRT8. Second I honestly thought I was going to loose, I am sitting at a light one car in front of me up to my left pulls a fox body Mustang, Fat and skinnies, full roll cage, Drag slicks, sounded like a big cam, the whole nine yards, Not driven by a kid, probably mid 30's, light changes and he stomps it, I hate Mustangs but that car sounded mean. So I will race anything I can get beside so I follow him, too much traffic so we don't catch a light, I follow him onto the freeway, no traffic and straight shot we slow down to about 35, I could tell from following him he had a stick and figured he was going to drop second and be at high revs, and my auto would need a second to down shift, so for the first time in a race I used my auto stick that does not upshift at redline. He beeps three times and we hit it at the same time, I instantly pulled him second was perfect at that speed which might have been 45mph not to sure. I pulled easy 3 cars on him by 110. He flashed his lights a couple times and wanted to try again, to the same result not even close! Point two SRT8. The last was not even five minutes later still pumped up from the a$$ whoopin I just gave the stang. Two lane road roll up on an evolution sounded good for a ricer, he stomps it as soon as I got behind him so I stomped it, I had to let off to keep from pushing him down the road, he keeps going like a maniac at least 140 on a back curvy road, I am not willing to kill myself or anybody else to prove a point, come up over the hill and he is stopped on the side of the road waiting, pulls out behind me and in two miles we catch a traffic light and the road is now a four lane, younger kid and two buddies laughing typical ricer not even a race and they say they won. I hear the passenger say hey that thing got a Hemi! then the driver said don't matter if he did! Light changes I spin he jumps one car, caught traction and reeled him in pretty fast we were door to door by 30 to 35, I passed him and pulled one car length he started closing the gap then I hit 3rd and pulled at least 3 to 4 cars on him, I am sure his car was not stock, AWD and a redline clutch dump is pretty hard to beat from a stop, but beat him without question, Didn't even have the balls to pull up next to me at the next light, no respect! I pulled away saying to myself your dam right it has a Hemi!
Point 3 SRT8. I do not usually street race but these were open roads no traffic. I only have Corsa, Magnaflow hi flow cats, and cold air intake, I am sure I will get my a$$ handed to me some day, but my mods are just starting. To have four doors and be able to pull that off still blows my mind!!
