2008 300C AWD

Is there any function that can be enabled which will allow the car to automatically enable heated driver seat when remote starting in weather colder than a certain temp?

It feels kind of silly that the car's computer has basically all the information it needs to make an educated guess that the driver may want the seats to be heated automatically on a remote start when it's below a certain temp outside -- and doesn't, or at least doesn't have a way to toggle such a behavior.

Is there a way to enable heated seats on remote start when it's very cold out by default?

I would say no. I have never seen the option on the older models.

I'm tempted to program a Raspberry Pi pico, or some adafruit board to tie into the wiring and turn it on that way.
I could see that working. You would have to run it though the heated seat buttons and have a trigger on the ignition circuit. If you find something out that would be awesome.
