help! with amp settings

so im somewhat new to installing an amplifier, ive got it all wired, ect but now i need the settings on the amp to get the sub moving. its a kicker 05 S15 L7, dual 2 ohm, with a hifonics bx1205d amp. i took a picture of the back of the amp so where should i put all these dials? its a sealed box. and yes im tired of hearing turn the volume 3/4 and ect. reeeeeeally could use some help here :-\

ok heres a place to start

use the picture i attached as a starting point.
the sub you are using should sound decent with that.

it might need some tweaking to get it to your liking

are you using an aftermarket head unit? or high level inputs?
