Hi all,
New member here. Bought my 2006 300c a year ago with 71K miles from a good friend who took good care of the car. Only issue is missing side rocker panel passenger side; no big deal.
Is there any way to open the trunk from the outside? All I can find is to use the dash button.

Welcome to the forum. There are no dumb questions. The key fob or the button on the lower left of the dash are the only ways to open the trunk. If you ever have a dead battery, there is a "battery size" terminal on top of the Forward Control Module under the hood that you can hook a charger or jumper to. This terminal came from the factory with a red plastic protection cap, but these have been long removed or broken on most older vehicles. Anyway, this will give you power to the battery (located in the trunk under the floor) so you can open the trunk.
