i hate having dealer stickers/plate holders on my cars..

i took off the license plate holder but now i have the actual bulky holder on the front that seems to be attached to the grill somehow.. has anyone removed this? if so, how did you do it?

can you post some pics to show what it looks like with it off?

Look closely at the top left and right corners... there are two plastic tabs/clips that wrap around the grill. You just have to push/pry them away from the grill and it pops off.

My C was "imported" from another state where they have front plates.
My state does not. I had the dealer remove the bracket. They provided a couple of color-matched plugs that they popped into the holes left by the screws. It's about as clean as it can get except for never having had the holes to begin with.

update:

i just pulled the thing off.. it looks clean but now i'm not sure where to put the plate??

the spacing from the screws is to wide, so it looks like i may have to put the bracket back on..

I have a generic plastic base on the rear that I used 'cause I didn't like the plate right on the paint, but I can't find a link to it. Try an auto parts store
