So I demolded my car with a plastic putty knife and WD-40 and it was ridiculously easy to do! The only problem is that the outline of the tape is still left on the door panels. How can I get this off? I was WD-40ing with a soft cloth, but couldn't get it to all come off. Any good suggestions?

I used it on my rear wing and had a hell of a time taking that adhesive off. Ill give it a shot though.
That rear wing adhesive is a whole other beast imo. Some goo gone should get rid of the residue. Now some people still see a faint line afterwards but that should come out with a good wash and wax.
