Hey guys just wanted to share a few pictures of my new mods. This was my 3rd and 4th mod done to my car. Went very smoothly, I was able to remove my front bumper off like a pro thanks to the awesome guides here. Splicing the headlights was a small speed bump, a youtube how to really helped me out there. All in all I'm pretty pleased with the turn out, she's really coming along. Intrested in your opinions!

looks good, but IMO u need to do the turn signal mod
so u dont have the "egg yolk" glow

unless u like it ofcourse

looks good tho!

Didn't think about that! I'll mess around in photoshop and see how I like it. You know of a how to on that? I'm assuming i'd have to take the lens housing off then paint the inside? I'm fairly new to all this, slowly learning.

Thank you for the compliments! Rims on the way!

nah don't have to do that ,just go out to ebay and look for clear or smoked side markers ,then buy em and then pop out your old ones and then pop in your new one :biggrin:simple
I thought he was talking about the yellow inside the headlight not the side markers, I was thinking maybe just buy a can of nightshade and smoking the side markers. Then I can use the rest to smoke the taillights, that is of course if I don't end up buying the taillight covers and going that route.

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions.

IMO the taillight covers look tacky. I would go your first route and just tint them.
That was one of my concerns. My buddy has some for his Mustang that I'm gonna get to look at this weekend and then make my decision.

Does anyone know a cheaper place to get the VHT Night shade? or possibly another brand. I found some on Amazon, but they were like $12 a bottle then $20-30 for shipping..

looking good, loving the blacked out look....i miss my 300C :(

...i can paint ya headlights with VHT Nightshade if u want ;)
Thanks man she's starting to look good. Few more things that need to be done to it. I hopeing soon I can get rid of all the chrome. I actually just ordered 2 cans of the VHT that I was gonna use to tint my taillights, but now that I'm thinking about it I would like for the headlights to be darker too. The Nightshade wont keep the headlights from shining brightly through will it? Do I shade the outside cover or the inside?

Where does it say have a C? I claim the Touring V6 I proudly own.

Thanks! I think I'm just gonna nightshade mine when these cans of VHT come in, cheaper. Definitely my next mod though.

how is the light output on those projectors compared to the stock lights? Would the beam pattern be okay for hid's? is there a proper cut off like the stock headlights?
Great I think! When I cruise around town I don't even fully turn the headlights on, just run the halos and fog lights, but the headlight projection is almost as bright as the OEM lights. Not a whole lot of difference. Yes I'm pretty certian they would be okay for hid's, might be a much into the future upgrade. Yes there is a cut off exactly like the stock.
