What do you guys think about these items:

Will I notice any difference by installing these? Are there better brands out there I should buy instead. Feel free to chime in :biggrin:

Not sure if it's an issue for you but on my roommates Jet chip, he has to use Premium Gas. That alone would make me shy away but if you got money to burn, what the hell?!?!?!

Well there are 2 types of jet chips for the 3.5L...the one I linked to is ok to use with 89 an 91 octane. I already use 89 so that wont be a problem. anyone else?

I'm currently awaiting a reply from the techs at 'Volant' regarding their thoughts of making available a 3.5 liter HO V6 'CAI' system relatively soon. From what I understand, my request has been forwarded to the appropriate individuals/department. :cool2:

Me too, especially now that I have the 'Zoomers' custom dual exhaust system to go along with it...I'll certainly keep the forum updated. :cool2:

yea you snuck in I was gonna be the test car for that setup! hehe, oh well.

I actually work just down the street from Zoomers so I am going to go by tomorrow morning to check out your ride and see how it sounds. cant wait!

In response to a request that I had addressed (a few months ago) to the folks over at Volant, I just received an additional follow-up response from them this afternoon. It appears that they will in fact be releasing the Volant CAI system for the 3.5 liter HO V6 LX platform models sometime later this August (next month). No other details are available at this time; however, I'm sure that I'll be notified regarding any new developments/information/pricing. :cool2:
