Is there a reset for the Uconnect

I've struggled with pairing my new phone and now I've discovered that I can't even set back up my former bluetooth phone which worked great. So I can be pretty certain this is a Uconnect issue and not a phone issue.
The Uconnect just seems to fail in the middle of the commands by either totally shutting itself down or telling me paring failed when I hadn't even gone through the entire voice prmpt menu. Is there a reset of some sort or am I stuck going back to the dealer for which I know will be repeated and wasted visits.
