Kill Story Saturday continues...

so I am motoring home as well with Mexican food for the family and myself (something in the air today in Socal.?) - after playing in the City Amateur Golf Tourney this morning at Torrey Pines - 5th out of 40 in my flight with 2 more rounds to go...
and I am on the road leading to my house and there is a whatever in front of me at the light (road hazard) and they dog it off of the line, but the brand new (paper plates again) Mercedes AMG 55 that is in the #1 spot is off and I drop it in to auto-stick and punch it and literally roar around the hazard and come up on the AMG, he sees me, floor it and we run for a little bit, no ground given up at all...
come to another light, couple of more road hazards (cars) and wait for the opening (2 lanes now)... he really wants to run and is obnoxiously riding the car in front...
not really cool so I back off...
but the car in front of him turns (which is my turn) and of course I have to oblige him once more, he takes off and I am in it this time anticipating the opening as well...
slid up behind him in the draft and pull out and slid up to his right rear tire and could have taken him but I didn't want to rattle him as it was going down to a single lane (and honestly didn't feel like playing chicken with $100K plus in cars) and backed off and slid in behind him and he floors it and we are running hard, no ground given again by the way, and he is not anticipating the breaking point that is closing fast upon us at the approaching turn, and he goes a little to hot in to the turn and I am off it completely downshifting and braking hard...

and I am watching him slid almost damn near uncontrollably through the turn right at the light pole...
I am stopped as I am going to make a u-turn and watch him get it under control and slow down big time...
(probably to check his shorts)...
thank goodness MB's have ESP as well...
and just think of kidcoastal and think to myself I would have be to blame for him losing control...
which lasts for oh 5 seconds as there is a EVO Lancer on the return trip back to the house literally 200 yards down the way from where I turn aournd...
isthis my lucky day or what?
no kids, no wifey...
no other cars around...
and I was in it already...
and he pulls out in front and kinda of blocked me...
so I am a little pissed and run up on him...
and let him know I am there and he takes off and I am on him and by him in 200 yards and he hits his power band and pulls up along side...
I wave...
and he goes to gun it...
and I hit the brakes hard...
(like maverick)...
and I'll let him fly right by...
your gonna do what???!!!

and I disappear off his side and he is just swivelling head around wonder where I went...
and I casually pull into my development and see a couple of my neighbors and the husband just gives me the thumbs up...
as he saw both, um, "acceleration tests"...
and his wife hit him in the arm...
and she gives me the neighborly smile and look...
you know the look, that look...
the one that says "my husband will never drive your car EVER!!!"
he just winks and does the behind the back, call me later dude hand signal...
and all is right...
