I have a 05 300c that I think has some sort of brake problem but the dealer says everthing is fine. At fisrt it was the creaking sound when I come to a stop, and now it making more of a clicking sound too. Its like the caliper is a little loose, and when I hit the brakes it makes a fairly loud clicki type nosie. Any one else have this, or can help me out on what to tell the dealer the car is doing?

Is it a "click click click" throughout the slow down or is it a single "clunk" near the ned of the slow down? Either way I don't know because the car is too new for what I'm thinking, but I figure this could help someone else figure it out.

I was searching the problems section and found this. Does anybody know what could cause this? Today when driving home I make many turns underground and while adjusting my car within the parking lines I noticed clicking when I had both windows down. Clicks only when moving without brakes applied and releasing the brake at very slow speeds.

1) Wheel bearing. Examine bearing nut tightness, bearing lubrication, and/or bearing wear.
2) Hubcap clips in flexing steel wheel. Remove the hubcap to see if clicking goes away.

I have the same problem. Clicking sound only appears when braking while turning on low speeds. When backing up and braking, no noise! Weird problem! My car is an 05 300C.

I have a single click, after coming to a stop. Whereas my rear brakes make a thud. Taking it apart again tommorow to check if the pads fell apart again. God these cars are a pain in the ass to keep maintained!

The problem with brake squeel, Change rotors and pads at the same time, fixes the squealing.

Ebrake, take it all apart, adjust until you can barely get the rotor on smooth.

Front end clunk over bumps. Worn strut mounts.

sunroof rattle, Think its 16 bolts you need to loctite, easy fix.

Sunroof doesnt sit properly. Hit open, have someone pull the #44 fuse I think. before its opened fully. Put fuse back in. Open all the way, than close, than hold vent until it clicks. Recalibrated.
