i got a 2006 300 base<and i wanted to keep the oem hu,does anyone know how to hook up a line converter? i tried looking through some of the forums but im just not sure, i got a 1 channel 500watt amp for a 12inch kicker,i made a really cool custom fiberglass box,i hope it sounds as good as it looks, the converter i have has 2 green +/-, and 2 blue +/- and a single black wire

You would hook up your LOC to the rear speakers- This information is found in the FAQ section of the Audio forum.


REAR LEFT +: Dark Green/Tan
REAR LEFT -: Dark Green/Gray
REAR RIGHT+: Dark Green/ Brown
REAR RIGHT -: Yellow/Gray

OHHH and the single black wire is a ground wire to avoid any noise interference.

Prican is right......But do NOT connect the black wire to anything. It is not needed in your application.

You don't have a factory amp in your base 300.
