The OEM catback is a 2.750" inlet to the center muffler and 3" outlet to the rear mufflers.

I will be posting a complete cut-away of the OEM 300C SRT-8 and 300C Hemi parts to show how small the muffler internals really are. Stay tuned. MUCH more detail to follow.

Yes, but will your new system include 3" cats to provide "TRUE" 3 inches from the header collector to the tail pipe?

The OEM manifold to cat pipe is 3.5".
The OEM cat to cat-back flange pipe is 2.75".

Our system does NOT neck down to 2.75" like the OEM (between the cat-back flange and front muffler) and all the internals of the resonator and mufflers are 3" straight through.

Pictures will tell it all ... stay tuned.

Wow! I didn't know the OEM cat to catback was 3"

This system will be great, especially for a compliment to future header mods.

Okay, to summarize. Please correct any assumptions I make wrong. I had based my initial on header back, it high flow cats. But based on what your saying:

1. We are talkng about a dual catback, basically everything from the rear cat flange to the bumper.
2. 1 center muffler
3. 3 inch, mandrel bent, mild with stainless being moe, of course.
4. Tips unknown, assuming basic polished 1 inch larger than the pipe, maybe same size.

Now the fun part, geussing the reported gains, whos in?:)

My official guess is 20 whp reported.

Nice numbers. Will this system fit the Magnum SRT-8 as well? I'm not aware of any changes in the exhaust system between the 300 and Mag, but figured I better check.

What is the price?

Todd
The system will in fact "fit" the Magnum SRT-8 and the Charger SRT-8 BUT I want to test fit them myself and see if there are any calibration changes in the tuning. Of the 5-6 300C and Magnum RT's I have tested I have always seen the Magnums lay down bigger numbers. NOT night and day changes but consistant 5-6 HP differences.

Pricing wil be available through your MagnaFlow dealer .. please check with the site sponsors.

Okay, I have a Magnum SRT-8 and you need to "fit" the system. I'm in Texas and I think you are in California....Where do you want to meet?? What's the deal and you can take plenty of pictures and we can dyno before and after.

We do all testing in-house ...

If you want to make the trip ... a tour (if you want it) of our three facilities, a free exhaust installed by the people who made it, dyno before and after, and a t-shirt with the script "I drove all the way from Texas and all I have to show for it is this t-shirt ... and my free MagnaFlow Exhaust system." :)
