Just hoping that some others will someday join me by buying a great car and joining the forum for those who enjoy MB.

If you get an SRT8 please ping me and let's have coffee then go search for a few CTS-V's.

Yes that was mine from Royal. they were good to me.

The sales guys didn't rod around (i don't think).

Had several issues before it came but they all are a memory now. The car is very nice.

Have you had any trouble driving in the winter? I am a little concerned about how low the airdam is. Hate to have it break off in minus 40... Is your C good on the roads?

If you want we can meet up for coffee somewhere, sometime and you can take mine for a run. It is almost out of breakin mode.

Sorry - will be out on holidays late July. Just don't have a firm schedule yet. But if does work out it would be very fun to do coffee. Arnold is a very cool guy and we can compare notes.

If you are blown, I don't think my 8 will keep up. Love to see what your blower looks like under the hood.

Does it really go? What boost do you have it set at? Maybe we can fo a few runs to compare the two.

Well I don't have any #'s but I raced a New 2005 ZO6 and had him all the way good race had 3 cars by 190KM. I will be going down to Fargo some time in August you are welcome to come to. I will also be looking to do a 300C dino day at Motion would you be in. This is so I can tune my car be for I go to the track. I would like to see a low 12. At only 9 boosts but I might have to go to 14, well I’ll have race and find out. How do you like the SRT 8? Do you fill it is worth the money? How much did you pay if you do not mind me asking and did you get it with Nav and DVD?

Would have liked to watch that race. I think the 13.1 mark is pretty agressive for a stock srt8. So if you are in the low 12's you must need to replace rubber often. Must be great.

I would be interested in the fargo trip if it works into my sched. I won't know til just before so give me dates and I will do my best to head out.

Are you busy this weekend? with all the hype on the GS charger these days, I am very interested in seeing a real blower on a 300.

As to my 8, I love it. Is any car worth spending that much money on a car would always be debatable. I have always chosen to spend my money on cheaper cars which have already depresiated. But if anyone wants to be silly and spend this much - this is THE car to do it.

Seats 5 - so get to enjoy it wth another couple when we go out. I have a friendwith a C5 and when it is going in the 150 k range, it is starting to get a little crazy. this thing is rock solid well past the 230k range. Corners like a vet. Total luxury - feels like driving a caddy inside with the exception of the stiff ride which i feel is very good balance between stiff andcomfort. So is it worth it - I love it!!!

Paid sticker which was about 57. every option i could get which includes sun roof, nav, and DVD. Am hoping the NAV wil get winnipeg mapped to make it really worth while.

Happy to do coffee when you have time. Sure had a good time with Arnold - we both drove each others ride.

I have heard rumors that another few srts are running around. would be fun to get a few of us together and cruise.

I will ping you with my phone number.

I would have to agree on the price thing these cars are the best bag for the buck I would be happy to send out an invitation when we go out to the states and race. I love these cars I just wish I had more time to enjoy mine. I travel so much with work but I will make some time so we can hook up and enjoy the cars over a nice cold one. As fare as you comment about tires I do go through allot of rubber 2 set with only 32000KM and fast approaching my 3rd . But I get a sweet deal thanks to my friend’s at Tire Craft.

I have a crazy sched over the next 4-5 weeks between work and play. Looks like it will have to be sometime in mid august for me to come out and play.
