So this is kind of a silly little thing, but in my 2012 300C with the 2 tone tan/brown interior the "gap" where the 2 colors meet on the door panel and dash annoys me. On my old STS I got some of the generic chrome molding (self adhesive that comes in a big roll) and it really dressed up the interior in that area. I was thinking of doing the same thing on my 300, but the problem is Chrysler used the "satin" finish metal trim rather than chrome, and there's a couple places where any trim I add will butt up against the factory metal trim so I think the chrome won't work. If it wasn't for those areas I'd just use the chrome since there are other interior accents in chrome.
Does anyone know of a molding of this type that matches the factory satin finish?
This is the kind of stuff I'm talking about, but all I see is standard chrome... wonder if I attacked some with some steel wool what I'd end up with lol..
