That's as I said, however the problem with the "already open" theory is that the alarm would have sounded at start and the 'trunk open' icon would have appeared on the EVIC, but he had reportedly been driving for 20 mins... he even heard the 'click' when it did open.HaTaX said:Might not have been closed all the way and the bump jarred it open... If you are not moving fast a crosswind could easily lift the trunk, not only completely obstructing your view, but turning loose objects from the trunk into projectiles to those driving behind you.CJ300 said:How is the trunk opening a dangerous situation? I do see it as a major problem but I can't see the potentially dangerous situation. Maybe I'm just not thinking it through enough.
