My car sounds like terrible every little bump and if I push down on the front I can hear it....which bushing do you guys think?

There are a ton of threads to search through and figure out!
But I replaced the tension strut bushings and sway bar bushings in my 05, that cured it real quick! But I also think after 122k miles the struts were pretty much done but the car got traded in....

Yeah I gotta get under there with my pry bar today...looks to be the control arm bushings
