A few questions? Can you play video through the factory Nav system and can you use an external hard drive to store video and music ( ipod video or touch or small hard drive) and can that be controlled trough the steering wheel? I want to know what is the best route to do this, I’m sure others have the same question. Basically I want something to play music, video and do navigation and I want to work with steering wheel and look factory. Just trying to find the path of least resistance.

check the pac audio site for the proper interface. not sure if one was
made to work with the mygig system yet. Be aware that there was
a member on here who had problems with the adapter working with
the touch and I don't recall what the resolution of the problem was.
Also, mr.Incredible, who is a member here and the lxforums, has a lot
of experience in this area.
