I have a 2005 Chrysler 300C Hemi. The GPS/NAV system starts spinning out of nowhere. If the car is stopped for long enough, it'll find itself. When the car starts moving, the GPS/NAV starts spinning again endlessly. Other times the whole screen is black and only half the dials are not working; only volume and 1 - 5 buttons work. What could be causing this?? To fix this, what would the range be money wise???

Not sure if this has any relevance but the car was involved in being rear-ended. From what was assessed, only trunk and back bumper suffered damage (alone from the person driving). Shortly after being fixed is when I started noticing the problem with the GPS/NAV.

PLEASE HELP!

Thank You.

Your GPS receiver is back there in the trunk. Either a connection is loose or it was damaged by the collision.
