navigation on back order

so i took my c in to ARRIGO chrysler in west palm casue my joystick broke. its been three and a half weeks and still no call. I call every week and get a different story. the last on that thye told me is that they have to order the navi's from a company called star and that they are on backorder and they have no idea when they can get one. I have no problem with this if it is true, but I went to a diferent dealer before and they said i could get it in a week. only problem is that that dealer is in a different city. I'm sure some of you gota know something about where they get the navi's from so if you could pleae help me out it woul be appreciated.

THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its been over two months and still nothing. They claim that they are looking all over the country for one, but cant seem to find one. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? I called a different dealership and they told me that there process would be the same as this one. The thing is that at first they had to go with this company star bnut now there just calling random dealerships to find one? I think the whole thing is bullshit and on top of that this sales guy never calls me back. I went and complained to the service man. and all he did was think, oh this 20 yr. old punk is a bitch. All he did was listen to myproblem and then called the same service rep that I'd been working with and told me to wait in his office. I got a free oil change out of em. Any sugestions on what I hsould do???? thanks
