It has been 4 months since the last hand wash, rough winter with salt and lots-o-grime. Plenty of touchless washes ovrt the 4 months. I washed CV today and was astonished at how much grime is stuck to the paint. Most impressive is not the larger chunks but the stuff that looks like finely ground black pepper. Amazing how the aerodynamics keep the rear vertical decklid and bumper filthy, there seems to be more stuck on grime on the rear bumper than the front. I will clay thoroughly in the next month before applying turboman's sealent. With so much grime, I don't expect to get more than one use out of the claybar.
