Does the horn in the 300C work without the key? My car is at the dealer getting the dash replaced and various and sundry other little items. After my last visit I noticed the horn did not work without the ignition keyed. The dealer is telling me other 300Cs on his lot won't work without the key and this is normal for that car?

I am headed to the dealership in a matter of minutes to collect my car. So if you have a 300C outside, please get out of your chair and go hit the horn . . . . Thx.

I have the same situation. My horn will not work unless the ignition is on.
