I'm sure there is a post that I over looked ansewering this question but what all is needed to be done in order to get srt 20's on a base? and does the same apply for srt charger wheels?

any SRT wheel going on a non SRT car will need 3mm spacers for the front. you can get them for $20 (universal fit) or custom billet ones for $60 from factory reproductions.

will they stick out because of the spacers or cause a problem with a 1.6 drop?

you need spacers so the wheels dont rub on the inner control arms
