It's puzzling as to why codes are being flagged which bear no relevance to the CRD. Maybe the ECU is generic to many different models and contains a large latent database which covers all these models and random cabling and/or grounding faults are producing unexpected and unneccessary warnings. It might even be a faulty ECU.
This morning I had occasion to "floor it"
I was in second (I think) doing about 15 or 20mph and gave it a "bootfull" for about 3 or 4 seconds. That's when I got the "bong" and both the "Electronic Throttle Control Light" and the "Malfunction Indicator Light" come on.

Pressing the brake fairly firmly when moving forward produces a "clunk" sound
(doesn't happen in reverse though).
