My wife just called me and said she was going downhill, around 30mph, and took her foot off the gas to
coast a bit, when she observed the car seeming to brake on it's own.. meaning it started slowing down
a lot harder than normal. When she hit the brakes the next time, she said it "felt like when you lose your
power brakes", requiring a heavy foot..
After those things happened, she said it's now fine.
It's got 85K+\- miles, 3.6L engine, and was bought used at a dealer a month ago+\-

Any initial thoughts?
I tried searching, but didn't readily see a thread with similar indications..

Thanks,
Rich

When in ACC mode and the car slows below 20 mph in automatically reverts to standard braking and in the process the brakes will feel weird for a second or 2. It could be you don't actually have a problem.

I'll check, but I'm 99.999% she wouldn't have been in ACC, as it's a 25mph zone
