Anytime I reverse out of a parking space or driveway and cut the wheel either way I hear this loud noise like the tire is skipping? Any one else experience this or is it just my car?

Thanks

Mine does it do when the tires (F1s until Thurs coming) are cold - for instance it was terrible this morning. I do believe it is exactly what it sounds like - tires "skipping" and you can feel each one in the steering wheel. Incidentally, my friend's Z06 with F1s does it cold weather too - he actually asked me if mine did it out of the blue one day shortly after I got the car.

not a problem

don'r worry fellas, it's just your extreme front end laying the tires over like you were in a hard corner. It only does it backing up on certain surfaces... No harm, no foul.

For some real fun stand out and watch while someone else drives.

Just turn the wheels to either extreme and get out of the car and look at the angle that the front tires make with the driveway. You'll see why they skip! Ouch.
