I have halogen headlights right now,are the oem xenon headlights plug and play or do I have to change something?

Save yourself a sh** ton of money and get a good aftermarket HID kit.
However, if you're truly destined to go ALL the way with the oem setup then I believe you have to get some kind of extra relay and of course the wiring harness to complete the job.
