Hey y’all. I need help asap! Does anybody know how to get to the bottom of the oil dipstick tube on a 07 Awd 5.7 hemi I know with the AWD it’s a different layout undercarriage wise but can’t find anything online. What happened is My dipstick broke and is lodged real deep in the tube tried everything to get it out but I believe the only option I have left is going thru the bottom of the tube and pushing out from the bottom up.

Drill a tiny hole into the top and thread a long wood screw into it and pull. I had to do the same thing a lil while back on my AWD as I couldn't get to the bottom of the tube either :/
Why they make the bottom of the AWD so hard to get to and the dipstick so twisty is weird...

I did the screw trick with mine, but the dipstick tube comes out very easy, its a single nut on the exhaust header. Loosen, but don't remove the nut, twist the tube a bit it pops right out of the block down near the sump. Fix it on the bench and reinstall. Much easier and safer than drilling screws into whats left of the dipstick.
