I don’t remember seeing oil in the channels of the intake manifold the many times I’ve had the engine cover off but now I’m seeing oil that sits in the channels on the drivers side below the fuel injector rails. Had oil changed about a month ago hadn’t looked under cover since then until now.
Anyone know if this is a sign of something, a clumsy oil tech spilling it or something else? 2011 300 C 85k always synthetic in it no noticeable engine issues. I recently smelled what I thought was brakes while city stop and go driving as my fronts are squeaking bad and I’m about to do a brake job, and although brakes do have a unique smell now I’m not sure if it wasn’t oil burning. Idle is normal no shaking other than basic hemi shake rpms at idle are normal no warning lights go on no leak marks in garage or driveway. Any advice?
