I'd like to put oil temp, oil pressure and trans temp gauges in my 5.7 300. Does anyone know the best and easiest locations for the sensors?

Most people put them along the A pillar.

Not sure what you sense off the A-pillar :lick: Maybe road rage sensors :nana:

OK Ok, my bad...haha. I thought you were looking for where to mount the gauges. Now that I reread it I see what you're after!

Got it figured out. The Oil pan has a couple plugs in the rear that I can use for the oil temp. Another plug on the back of passenger side head for the oil pressure and then use an inline adapter from Autometer (part# 2286), to plumb in to my transmission line for trans temp.

already there

I am sure that all the info required is already there. If you're into a "look" then I can understand a pod of guages, but your car already knows the info you seek.

Why not try a Dashawk instead of creating all that new plumbing and wiring?
