The upstream are the same, but the downstream have different part numbers and different wire lengths (IIRC).

It's good practice to replace all four sensors. If one has gone bad, the other are not far behind.

NTK sensors are the ones to choose... you'll see them listed here, but can get them thru many autoparts stores. A 2005, 5.7L uses
