So i had my engine rebuilt with new stock cam, lifters, timing kit, timing cover, melling oil pump, intake /exhaust valve seals, water pump, oil pan + gasket and after a while of driving i get this P0138 code which i cant get rid of, i swapped it out with a fairly new one i had and still the same, so i believe P0138 is the drivers side downpipe post cat sensor correct? either way what could be causing this high voltage sensor code?

While installing the drivers side cat pipe after rebuilding engine, i accidentally dropped it down hanging and the sensor connections disconnected too.....i made sure nothing was broken there and it was all fine luckily and clicked the connectors back together. Could that have damaged the wires inside?
