When I had the bump steer kit installed 3 weeks ago in Fairfield the guy that did the install was not the guy you trained. The guy you trained had quit. I wasn't told this until the install began. Fortunately the rack bushings are relatively easy to install and can be done by anyone.

Stan th dispatcher did call me, and they figured out how to do it, which with the tools that they have, was a peace of cake.
