hey guys im new here i have a 2011 chrysler 300C awd with an after market cold air intake and corsa extremes exhaust. i just purchased a diablosport i3 programmer when i plug it in it says my vehicle is not supported? what am i doing wrong how do i get this hooked up and what is a step by step process? everyone says they work great but there directions couldnt possibly be less vague/useless. please i need as much info as possible about how and where to get custom tunes done for this and or how to even use this thing. thanks a lot in advance.

That shouldn't be a problem.

When a tuner is manufactured, a number of existing tunes are programmed in the firmware. But by the time you buy it and attempt to tune your car, enough time has passed where the tuner may refuse to do anything until it has been updated.

Just go here and download Update Agent, connect your i3, and you should be good to go once the update is complete.

So i figured it out that i need to log the data from my vehicle prior to the updates on my computer. Which the shit directions didnt mention. But i seen people mentioning turning of the mds on the car and it doesnt allow me to. After i click to shut it off it ends up back on and i thought i was reading something about needing an additional part in order to do so? Any help would be great
