On the passenger side of the dash by the A-pillar I sometimes get a moderate pop that sounds like a large drop of rain hitting the windshield or someone has tapped once on the glass with a metal object. There is only 1 pop and it goes away for the duration of the drive. It only happens once per drive after I pull it out of the garage or after parking for a while. What seems to cause it is an initial flex of the body or a substancial movement of the right front suspension. Unless someone has has this problem and had it fixed correctly I plan on waiting it out to see if there is a TSB or at least until the dealer has more experience with the car. Any Thoughts?

I've noticed it. Sounds like the windshield flexing or something...

I too started experiencing this as well. it just started today though, I have 400 miles on it and it never did it before... could it be the center speaker???

I too had this problem on my 1996 Impala SS. What we found to be the problem on that car was the lack of front body mounts. Chevrolet elected to leave the front mounts off so the ride would not be so stiff using a sport suspension. Once we placed those mounts on the car the poping noise went away. Could that be our problem with this car also?

I have the moonroof and so far no popping as of yet, I have approx 2600 miles on Mrs SexC
