After about 800 miles without issues I am now having problems with C E L.
Now getting following DTC's P0151, P0420 and P0430. First started with a P0430 code indicating problem with right catalytic converter. After several tests that showed all O2 sensors on line, but recurring code, the right catalytic converter and downstream 02 sensor were replced. 280 miles without codes and then CEL on again. This time get the above three codes. I know connections are good. 02 sensors are shown functioning on Startech monitor that looks at all four at once.
Anyone have similar issues? What was solution?
Chrysler dealer has been most helpful and patient in working with this aftermarket modification. But we are at end of our thoughts to correct.

P0131/0151 are low voltage pre-cat sensor code. Typically this is due to low EGT at the point of measure.

P0420/P0430 are inefficiency codes due to the lower EGT. Lower EGT equals less conversion giving you less voltage variation between sensor 1 and 2.

This is a common occurance for LT headers. I am hard at work, creating a formaulation solution to alleviate the dreaded inefficiency codes for some universal rave cats.

Btlfed 1500,

Will a ceramic coating on the headers(inside of the tubes specifically) help with the low EGT at the 1st sensor? My experience with cermaic coated headers has been that I can actually touch the header not too long after driving the car, like in just a few minutes. If that heat is being kept in the system so well, I would think it would help the temps at the 1st O2.
