I know this has been talked about extensively but I want to know a reputable website (other than ebay) that I can buy a Plug and Play HID kit for my 300C.
Also, what bulb type would i need it for since I have the halogen ones.
And, what Kelvin do the OEM HIDs have on the 300C now.
I dont want a blue light, i want the brightest white.
Please hepl me out, this is a b-day gift for me, so i have to let my brother know.
I saw this and it says plug and play

most oems are anywhere from 3700k to 4100k....i had a 4150k kit on my old car (2002 galant gtz) and it was BRIGHT white...no blue or purple to it...looked amazing...but had alot of glare...if you dont mind pissing people off and blinding them lol ...go for it...i loved mine, and i wish the 300c OEM HIDs had the output my HID kit had...of course i spent 500 dollars on my kit...as i bought the best that was available to the aftermarket at the time...you might also check out www.hidplanet.com they sell oem quality ballasts and such...Hella and Osram...best bet is to make a retrofit...with quality components...the McCulloch kits and other knock-offs arent worth the money...if you can find a genuine CATZ kit...jump on it...thats the brand of kit i had...

Thats the thing, I dont want to cut into any wires in my car.
I dont wanna mess with the electrical system in the car so i want a plug and play kit.
Im gonna look at that site now.

There are no plug and play kits for the 300c. You will have to splice into your sidemarker lights for power at the bare minimum.

Even installing OEM 300c Headlamps will require some rewiring.

That unit is not plug and play for a 300c. The 300c has varying voltage on its Halogen Harness, this has been explained time and time again and I explained the fix in my above post.

I don't care what that company says. You're going to be be frustrated during the installation if you don't do your research into this mod.

Check out xenondepot. Bought my son (JuniorSS) a HID kit made by them for his 2005 GTO and 2 kits for my brother inlaws and my Silverado SS's and it was truly plug and play. Actually bought them from T-Byrne cheaper than their website. Didn't take long to install and they work great, looks factory. Maybe you can contact T-Byrne and ask him about it.

We sold some HID kits for the 300s earlier this year. As mentioned, the varying voltage causes problems so we gave up on that until someone comes out with a true plug n play package. Definately not as easy as the install into other vehicles :(

I just got McCullock 8000k HID's from a guy here in Orange County... Sold them for $280... THEY LOOK AMAZING !! They dont blind like some people thought they would, I even had my friends drive in front of me for opinions and they loved it and said the glare wasnt bad at all... They 8000k has a slight purplish tint to it...
They were plug and play pretty much except that the relat had to be ran from the parking lights rather than the headlights to get rid of strobing effect... Other than that it was a piece of cake...
PM me if youre interested in them and Ill refer you to him...

Ehh the guy gave me either a 1 or 2 year warrantee... And a lot of my friends had them on their BMW's and they held up just fine... Ive noticed usually with forums or groups of people if one person has trouble with one thing then everyone else gets scared and holds off... I say make sure they have good warrantee/refund policies and try whatever out for yourself....

you do know in the US those are banned...so really dont have to replace anything...unless they can be sold now under the pretense of being "off-road" use only....just hope you dont get the shaft

You have to splice into the sidemarker/parking lights... You cant tell a difference and it makes no difference...
