Hey guys first off i would like to say this is my first time on here and I have sat here the last 5 hours reading up on some of the threads you guys have. I'm about to get a new 2006 300C RWD. I have two questions. 1...I plan on buying Asanti AF 131 22" rims once I buy the car. What width do you guys feel is the "right width" for this car? Different width for the back or no?(If I do get a different width for the back then I will not be able to rotate the tires to get a better tire life) 2...How do many of you who have the GPS in their cars feel about it? Is it worth it or should I do an aftermarket one and be able to beef up the stereo?

Thanks guys and look forward to leaving threads with everyone.

Welcome Flux. We love new members and you will find very helpful people here. What you don't realize is that you simple few questions actually equate to numerous threads with numerous responses that already exist on the site. Search and search the forum.

Check out the wheel and tire forum for advice on 22's. There's even a sticky on 22"s at the top of that forum. You'll find that most run 9.5" rims with 265/35/22 to avoid rubbing but it all comes down to the offset (or various combinations of the above). We have a sponser www.buywheelstoday.com that many have raved about. Felix can hook you up.

Also check out the stereo and navigation forum. Many, myself included, will never be happy with the factory set up in any car. Members have upgraded their stereo in every way imaginable from the calm to the extreme. My simple advice would be that you have to think about resale, in terms of what the next buyer would want, and balance that with your upgrade budget. I ordered my C with Sound Group II and completely replaced the entire system. I now wondered if I should have gotten the factory nav. Fiveor so years from now when I get the next new thing, buyers may expect this. Hard to say and you can always upgrade as you point out.

Welcome!

Hey guys this is also my first time on here, I just picked up my car on Saturday and I'm having a blast with it. WHAT A CAR! I waited a couple of weeks for delivery of the car, in that time I've been on this forum everyday for at least 2 hours a day. My dilema is I'm in love with these 22" Niche Roma rims but they only come 22x10 I was wondering is any running with this size wheel and is there any rubbing issues? I mostly see people going with 22x9.5 unfortunately they don't come in that size. Need feedback and info.
Thanks in advance
MILT
