I bought a Clifford remote start system and am having a heck of a time trying to find a mechanic to install them,I found one who says it will take around 3 days to install.because he will have to reprogram the cars computer and all. Has anyone out there had a clifford remote sart installed on a 300 CRD mine is 2007?

Why don't you install it yourself.

I've never heard about having to reset the computer.

The box has very detailed instructions.

If you can find the fuse box and some wires under the hood, it's almost fool proof.

I did the clifford 4 button alarm on my camaro and it opened the trunk, started the car, rolled up the windows and set the alarm.

Took me about an hour and a half and I am not too bright!
