The fine details and specs haven't been released yet. I too ordered one and still have a lot of unanswered questions. If I get any, I'll pass them on.

If I get any, I'll pass them on.I ordered the new 2023 C300 with the 6.4 liter engine. I am replacing my 2007 C300 SRT8 with the 6.1 liter engine and now 155,000 miles. I noticed the 2023 brakes did not have slotted rotors. Any other major differences?
Got this from dealership, thought they were sold out, said he could still order, not sure I believe him. Said would sell at MSRP plus Doc fees.I ordered the new 2023 C300 with the 6.4 liter engine. I just got a phone call from the "Chrysler Concierge" and she said I had been assigned a VIN number and I also got an email with a POC, a Placed Order Confirmation. The price was $55K, no options, plus $1,595 delivery (I would have happily picked it up at the factory to avoid the delivery fee but not gonna happen). I did get to pick the color. My 2007 SRT8 has slotted rotors and gussets in the frame for stiffness. It was much stiffer than my 2005 C300 5.7 (non SRT) which did not have these gussets in the chassis. So my question is what am I getting in 2023. Am I getting a new version of my old C300 5.7 (non SRT) with the big 6.4 liter engine?Got this from dealership, thought they were sold out, said he could still order, not sure I believe him. The very last entry on page 5 is CAJ Ventilated front brakes.... I wonder if that is slotted rotors in Chrysler-speak? If so what about the rear disks? My 2007 SRT8 had slotted in the front and rear.Got this from dealership, thought they were sold out, said he could still order, not sure I believe him. Said would sell at MSRP plus Doc fees.
Actually says Ventilated Front SEATS.The very last entry on page 5 is CAJ Ventilated front brakes.... I wonder if that is slotted rotors in Chrysler-speak? If so what about the rear disks? My 2007 SRT8 had slotted in the front and rear.
There will not be any change to the build info until they actually start production. Are you trying to give the dealer the funds NOW? Don't understand why there would be a delay in receiving the title if you pay when you pick up the car.Latest update. I have a VIN but they have not posted a build date yet. I also have financing from my credit union but the idiot dealership won't accept the credit union check for the full $56, 595 unless they also get a letter saying the credit union is OK with the delay in title. I spent an hour trying to get the two knuckleheads from both orgs to chat. No luck. I gave up. It isn't worth the hassle.
Yes, I wanted to give the check to the dealer and he refused; I think it is all B.S. I think the dealership wants me to walk away from the car, since every car planned is already sold; so they can over-price it to someone else. Didn't some of the Dodge special order cars fetch a premium. And I remember we had a dealer in Virginia who was premium pricing Corvettes only to be taken to Court by a buyer with an order at full MSRP on a car sold at a premium. There will not be any change to the build info until they actually start production. I would not give the payment until the car arrives. You don't know what can happen from now til then and keep in mind you'll be making payments on that loan. The bank isn't going to finance anything until it's built. If you cancel that order, the dealer has to put it back in CHRYSLER'S que for someone on the wait-list to grab. It doesn't go to his inventory/allotment to sell to someone else.Yes, I wanted to give the check to the dealer and he refused; I think it is all B.S. Bet, in the long run, you'll wish you had your 07 back.....unless it's in bad shape. My 06 SRT8 needed a fair amount of work done to it when I bought it ($6000), and after I fixed everything, I traded it off. Wish I still had it, but I was running out of room and didn't need to have 4 vehicles with only one driver in the family now.I ordered the new 2023 C300 with the 6.4 liter engine.
