I followed that link to superbuytires.com - none of the [numerous] wheels there have a weight. I am very interested in keeping the weight of a set of 20" wheels as close to stock as possible. Does anyone know of a site with some technical details on the wheels, instead of just pretty pictures?

I like the sequence wheels. If I had the money though I would buy HRE's or Lowenhart :(

I will be buying the FZ6's on joey's thread they are made for the C and forged, so they are lighter than cast. Triple Plated chrome, they weight about 30-35 pounds each and come with a set of Proxes high performance tires at only cost $2500, and if you buy them from wykoff they fill them with nitrogen, now I had to do a little research on that one to see the significance and found that nitrogen adds to the tires ability to handle the heat created inside the tire when you drive and also preserve the tire from dry- rotting and more.

hmmm....

Now at a local deaer you going to pay a higher rate per wheel and tire, but online I have found some dirt cheap prices...Reliable though...who knows???
A few months ago someone posted a thread about an online site that was horrible in customer service, down right scandalous... Don't get me wrong saving $2,000+ on the combo set from some of these online sites is great. On the other hand, if something goes wrong I want to be able to deal with the seller face to face...At least if he still tries to screw me over, I'll make sure he gets a brick in his window...

20 inch off brand rims and off brand tires for $2500 is no deal though...
Thats for sure...

Remember knockoffs are just that...
Those asanti are easily twice that i'm sure...rims alone

This site has some weights listed.
The 18" stock C rim weighs 24lbs.
http://www.iforged.com/main.html

Checked the site out, looks like I over looked the 300C wheels weights????,,, then checked out the weights of their wheels and no matter what design they all weighted the same....hhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm

Still would like to see wheel weights....

Anyone know the width of the lip on those FZ6's?

whoa?! good catch jonw! i missed that thread. i think i am with you.... although they do look nice, i don't think i am as enamored with them as i was from the website pics.... now i know why none were straight on with the vehicle.... too much rotor in my opinion!

i guess i will wait for a copy of the stockers in a 20" version as i do like the look of them more than anything i have seen so far.

when do you get back genxer?
