I was reading a post sent in by a member, Alex72, dated Apr 13 2016 relating to the rear shocks on the 300c.
Basically, the question was if you can dump the self levelling shocks fitted and replace with standard. The answer was yes, and part numbers supplied by "Maddog"

I've followed suit, and now have a new set of KYB ready to fit.

My question is: should there be some sort of dust cover that fits on the new shocks, If I was replacing old standard shocks, I guess a dust cover is simply taken of the old and fitted to new, but I'm replacing Nivomats, so not sure about any dust covers ?
Thanks
Bob

Hi there. The Nivomats do have dust covers on them, I've never removed them though. Alternatively, get some aftermarket off the shelf dust covers.
