Has anybody come to a conclusion on spark plugs? I know the subject was brought up before. If you change the plugs at 30K to platinum plugs would you have to change them out again at 60K?

its my understanding that platinum plugs are good for 50k to 60k, maybe even longer. there is some dispute that some engines do not like platinum plugs, dont remember why.
