SRT-8 20" wheels on standard 300C

Can anyone confirm whether the 20" SRT-8 alloy wheels would fit straight onto a standard 300C Hemi? Saw a site offering SRT-8 wheels with a disclaimer which suggested to do one's own research to ensure they fit. This may just be caution or could suggest that they do not fit? Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has done the swap.

From what i heard some time ago, They are not a direct bolt-on replacement you have to use a spacer for them to fit.
