I think it's the same as the Jeep SRT-8: 8.9 inches/229mm.
However, that's the $60,000 question: Will the ring & pinion from the Jeep SRT-8 (3.73:1 ratio) fit in the back of the 300C SRT-8? If it does......

Hmmm, with the GCSRT having whats reportedly a Dana axle, and of course the other SRT-8s having whats essentially a Mercedes unit, I cant imagine they can swap.

A key part of the four-wheel-drive system is the SRT-engineered transfer case, which was developed to be lightweight, yet strong enough to handle the massive torque from the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8's powertrain. Other elements of the drive system are an upgraded output shaft, heavy-duty driveshaft and Dana 44 rear differential.
Ah, there it is, Google "SRT-8 Dana 44", and you'l find the same press release scattered all over.
