I have a touring model with the standard cd player...i want to install a Kenwood DDX7017/double din unit. Is it possible to move the heat/ac unit down where the empty compartment is and make this fit without rigging something that looks ghetto? i have not yet installed my wood dash kit, and i can return it for the one with navigation. Or should i just get a single din unit and avoid the frustration here... thanks. :smoker:

Your best bet is to get the nav. bezel and make a custom kit. You can fit the kenwood unit, but you will have to trim the factory opening just a bit. Give me a few minutes and I will post the pics.
